Luzia Duprey was a lawyer in her native Brazil prior to coming to the United States in 1988. About 4 years after arriving she decided to enter the competitive world of real estate. She figured it would be a perfect fit since she loved to interact with people and there were a lot of similarities to her past career in Brazil. And she’s been a Realtor ever since! In addition, Luzia has also worked in the mortgage and title industries, for a combined total of over 12 years, giving her a unique experience in all aspects of the real estate business. Luzia currently handles real estate transactions throughout Florida.
Luzia is a vigorous participant in her community. She is very active in her church, planning events, assisting the needy and helping in a number of other capacities. Luzia is also a huge animal lover and advocate who works to spay and neuter the stray cat population with the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and assisting injured ones with Paws2Help. Luzia has won six different community service awards, with the last one being award by the Mais Mais Group this past spring.
Luzia is also an avid gardener and has worked with fruits trees and herbs.
Presently, she is creating a butterfly garden help save the Monarch Butterfly, that is currently nearing extinction, and asking everybody she meets to do the same! (“Be sure to plant some milk weeds, also known as butterfly weeds, in your home garden!” -Luzia)

SELLING COST SAVINGS
