The “Broker Only Commission” fee of $495.00 is charged to the client or have to be paid by the agent. This fee will be paid by the Seller as indicated in the Listing Agreement and / or by the Buyer as indicated in the Buyer’s Disclosure and shall be presented in the beginning of transaction to the buyer or seller by the agent. *On properties with sales price $500,000 or over the agent will pay $1,000 transaction fee, on properties with sales price $1,000,000 or over the transaction fee will be $ 2,000, on properties with sales price $3,000,000 or over the transaction fee will be $3,000 and for properties with sale price $5,000,000 or over the transaction fee will be $5,000 payable by the sales agent to Home Max Realty International at closing. Rent and Commercial Commission is 90%.
