Terms and conditions:

  1. The Cash Back Rebate is available ONLY to buyers who purchase the property and close the transaction with Home Max Realty International acting as their sole and exclusive buyer’s agent. 
  1. The buyer(s) must sign an “Exclusive Buyer’s Broker Agreement” for a minimum term of 6 months prior to submission the offer to purchase a property to be eligible for the Rebate.
  1. The Buyer Cash Back Rebate is valid ONLY on listings offering 3% or more to a buyer’s agent. If commission received by the selling agent is less than 3% of the sales price, no Cash Back Rebate will be issued.  
  1. The Cash Back Rebate is only available on homes purchased in the State of Florida. 
  1. The minimum sales price of the property must be $100,000.00 or more to be eligible for the Rebate. No Rebate is offered on properties priced under $100,000. 
  1. Some lenders may impose potential limitations on credits / rebates from sellers and Realtors or restrict rebates with certain loan programs. The Cash Back Rebate must be fully disclosed to the lender during the loan approval. No Rebate will be issued if prohibited by the lender. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify if the lender will approve the Rebate. 
  1. The Cash Back Rebate will be paid only to the party or parties named as the “buyer(s)” or “borrower(s)” on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and cannot be disbursed to any third party. 
  1.  In the event that a referral fee must be paid on the transaction to a referring Broker no Cash Back Rebate will be issued.
  1. The commission Rebate will be shown as a credit from Home Max Realty International on a HUD-1 Settlement Statement at the closing.
  1. Cash Back Rebate disclosure must made to all interested parties to the transaction when submitting an offer.
